BetIQ Daily is back to take another swing at some college basketball games. Just avoid us in the postgame handshake line if things don’t go well.
1) Marshall -5.5
NCAAB Spread Pickat Southern Miss, Monday at 8:00 p.m. ET.This is our top playable spread pick (57.0 percent), according to the Ensemble Forecast Model.Southern Miss has lost 12 straight conference games after winning the opener, going 4-8 ATS over that span.Southern Miss guard Jaron Pierre Jr. has missed the last two games, and there is no news on his availability tonight.The Golden Eagles’ 19-point loss (as a two-point favorite) on Feb. 17 against Texas-San Antonio was the worst opponent-adjusted Game Score of year.Marshall has had lots of lineup turnover, but the same lineup has now started four games straight; only longer stretch was seven games with one starting lineup to start season.Marshall posted its worst Game Score of the year against Charlotte on Feb. 5 when leading scorer Taevion Kinsey was out, but he has been back for last four games.
2) Arizona State +14.5
