Bet365 is currently live in eight states and will likely launch in Arizona and North Carolina within the next several months. In Indiana, bet365 customers who are 21 and old will be able to access the sportsbook. Kentucky is the only state bet365 operates in that allows customers who are 18 and older to sports bet.
Bet365 is live in the following states:

The sportsbook has applied for a license to operate in North Carolina. As part of its license application, bet365 announced a partnership with the Charlotte Hornets.
The NBA franchise and sports betting operator have agreed to the first sports betting deal in North Carolina ahead of the state’s sports betting launch in 2024. The exclusive partnership will name bet365 as the “Official Mobile Sports Betting Partner of the Charlotte Hornets.”
The bill legalizing North Carolina sports betting was amended during the state’s budgetary process to require each potential sports betting operator reach a deal with a North Carolina professional sports franchise, arena, NASCAR track, or PGA tour course to be eligible to apply for a sports betting license.
North Carolina sports betting regulators just recently announced sports betting in the Tar Heel State will launch on Monday, March 11. Bet365, if licensed, will likely be ready to launch during the official start date.
Arizona Launch Upcoming
The sportsbook operator is licensed to operate in both Arizona and Pennsylvania as well. The operator was awarded a license in Arizona in August 2023 with a regulatory deadline of 180 days to launch. The sportsbook will have to launch sometime in February.
The Arizona Department of Gaming announced the sports betting license for Bet365 Arizona as the designee for the Ak-Chin Indian Community.
Each Arizona sports betting license allows for online sports and brick-and-mortar sports betting.
The operator also has a pending license application in Pennsylvania. The company applied for a license in February 2023, but has not yet received an official vote of approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
